this mouse was a litlle large, but he ate it just fine.you arent suppose to feed them anything wider than there mouth though.as adults the majority of there diet should be greens 90%but they still need 10%meat.both my dragons are still alive and healthy almost seven years old.

you can have 2 beardies living together even 3 or 4 if they are all females. . . . what are you thinkin ?

  9. foxwright says:

wow, u retard….. feeding mice to a beardie is not recommended at all

    1) beardies cant digest the mouse all the way through so feeding mice can ruin its colan

2)feeding mice will make the salivia much more germiar, which can lead to mouth-rot.

3)feeding prey bigger then the head can lead to spinal paralysis, which will kil ur dragon

    4) mice have teeth! and if given the chance they will gladly bite the shit outta ur dragon..

dont feed mice to ur dragon idiot!!

Try pinkies only suggested a few times a month though. Beardies have a hard time digesting to big of prey.

  19. BadgerBoy321 says:

isnt the mouse too big for the beardie ?

  20. pitguru66 says:

yes i have them in a 40 gallon right now.smaller tank that in this vid. but its just as wide but not as tall ,horizontal space is better than vertical for beardies.

  21. zooyork180 says:

i am getting a bearded dragon tommrow and i have a 40 gallon tank is that good for one when it is full grown?

  22. pitguru66 says:

that was a hundred gallon fishtank i got them in a smaller tank now but its longer so they got more horizontal space it just aint as tall. they like it more it seems.

  25. Lizarrdo says:

You need 20 gallons for a baby beardie.
And a adult you need 55-60 gallons.
